Welcome to Mossgrain. By purchasing from or using our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Our Products Mossgrain sells digital photography downloads. All products are delivered electronically as high-resolution image files. No physical products are shipped.

2. License & Permitted Use Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded image for personal use only, including home prints and personal projects. Commercial use — including advertising, merchandise, resale, or publication — requires a separate commercial license. Please contact us to discuss commercial licensing.

3. Intellectual Property All photographs remain the exclusive property of Mossgrain and its photographer(s). Purchase of a digital download does not transfer copyright or ownership. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share downloaded files with third parties.

4. Payment All prices are listed in EUR. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

5. Digital Delivery Download links are provided immediately after purchase via email and your order confirmation page. Links are valid for a limited time. If you experience issues accessing your files, contact us within 7 days.

6. Refunds Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a file has been accessed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exceptions.

7. Limitation of Liability Mossgrain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
