At Mossgrain, we take great pride in the quality of our digital photography. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. Please review product previews and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions We will gladly offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or fails to download
• You were charged incorrectly or duplicate charges occurred
• The delivered file does not match the product description

How to Request Support If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at vasiliskarkalas@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

License Reminder All purchased images are for personal use only unless a commercial license was purchased. Redistribution or resale of downloaded files is strictly prohibited.
